Post Partum workout (with child)
During this class we will focus on all changes due to the pregnancy and birth and how to regain strength and stability within your core. All muscle groups will be strengthened through exercises and helpful input is given on how to integrate these into your daily life. Enhance your overall fitness as well as your wellbeing. Feel free to visit this class without your child, if you wish to focus solomly on yourself.
